When I first approached Don at Neo Design Concepts it was to update my website with new content, photos, and correct some things to make it responsive. What I didn’t know was how poorly it had been set up almost 2 years prior. She was patient and educated me on the what, why and how so that I felt comfortable with what she was recommending. She updated my SEO, we added SSL, she corrected numerous errors and updated templates etc. She was so patient and willing to tweak the layout of pictures and content numerous times until I was completely satisfied with the end product.
